A step towards cleanliness
Under the Swachh Bharat Mission, ICAR-NRC on Pig organized innovative initiatives promoting sanitation, environmental sustainability, circular waste management, biosecurity, and community participation. Scientists, students, farmers, sanitation workers and local communities engaged together through outreach programmes, cleanliness campaigns, ecological restoration and capacity-building activities. The focused activities strengthened public awareness, encouraged sustainable behavioral transformation and reinforced our commitment to achieving the national goals of environmental resilience and inclusive development.
